It is with great pleasure and a deep sense of commitment that we present the 2026–2028 Strategic Plan of the Healthy Mind in Healthy Body Foundation (HMHBF). Since our inception in May 2025, we have remained steadfast in our mission to deliver inclusive, people-centred, and rights-based humanitarian and development programmes that empower the most vulnerable populations, advance social justice, and foster resilient communities.
This strategic plan outlines our roadmap for the next three years and reflects our commitment to bridging emergency response with long-term recovery, sustainable development, and peacebuilding. It serves as a guiding framework to ensure that all interventions remain aligned with our core values of inclusion, equity, accountability, and community ownership
